Year 2 are very grateful for Zac's mum's visit today; we learned some wonderful facts about black history from significant men and women such as Nelson Mandela, Martin Luther King, and Harriette Tubman and the places they came from. We learned about the black panther movement and segregation and revolution. We had lots of fun playing musical statues to different genres of music and even received some tasty cakes! #blackhistoryeveryday #history #diversityandinclusion
