    Our Year 6s have been taking part in a very competitive chess competition. They supported each other, learned from their mistakes and some have found a passion they never knew existed. Well done everyone who took part. The winners will be announced at the end of term. #stepsahead

    Year 4 have worked in groups to create a replica of the Wright Flyer,the first successful manned plane, which took to the skies in 1903. They looked at ways of making the structure stronger with cross bracing to strengthen the sides. #teamwork #DT #History

    Nursery have been working really hard to recognise their names for self-registration, even trying to write them! Some children made a special visit to Mrs Collins to show her their amazing letter formation. We are super proud of them; they love their shiny golden stickers!
